Fundraiz is a platform that enables charitable organizations, non-profits, and approved partners to launch, manage, and promote fundraising lotteries, raffles, and games of chance online in accordance with applicable laws.

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your province).
• A legal resident of Canada.
• Authorized to participate in or conduct licensed gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

Fundraising organizations must be registered non-profits or charitable organizations approved by applicable provincial regulators.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of gaming laws.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the platform.
• Collect information from other users without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Tickets will be issued via email, physical copy, or other approved delivery methods.
• Ticket numbers are assigned automatically. You may not choose specific numbers.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold and available prizes.

All draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems or licensed manual methods and are supervised for integrity.

• Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided at purchase.
• Winners are responsible for claiming their prizes within the designated timeframe.
• Unclaimed prizes after 90 days may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Proof of identity and residency may be required to claim prizes.

Fundraising organizations are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and approvals.
• Ensuring compliance with provincial gaming laws.
• Providing accurate prize information and draw schedules.
• Disbursing prizes to winners.

Fundraiz provides technical and promotional support but is not legally liable for organization conduct or prize fulfillment.

Fundraiz charges service fees and/or commissions for platform use, which will be outlined in the service agreement. These may include:

• Setup fees
• Per-transaction processing fees
• Payment processor charges (via Stripe, Elavon, Moneris, etc.)

All payments are securely processed using PCI-compliant third-party gateways. Fundraiz does not store full payment information.

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

All content, logos, software, and materials on the Fundraiz platform are the property of Fundraiz Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without express permission.

Fundraiz is not liable for:

• Technical failures or disruptions in platform access.
• Delays or errors in prize delivery due to organization issues.
• Misuse or abuse of the platform by users or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for Services within the last 6 months.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the laws of Canada. Any legal disputes shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in St. John’s, NL.
