Rules and Conditions

1. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be provided.
2. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
3. Tickets must be purchased while physically located within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
4. The licensed organization, U13 AAA Eastern Knights, reserves the right to publish the name, city/town, and photograph of the winner for promotional purposes. All personal information will be handled in accordance with PIPEDA.
5. All disputes will be resolved by the U13 AAA Eastern Knights, subject to applicable laws and oversight by the licensing authority. All decisions are final.
6. Liability of the U13 AAA Eastern Knights is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure all eligible tickets are included in the draw.
7. Tickets are available for purchase online only. Ticket options are:
   • 1 ticket for $10.00
   • 3 tickets for $25.00
   • 10 tickets for $50.00
8. A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be available for sale. The total potential maximum sales are $100,000. The jackpot will be 50% of total ticket sales and could reach a maximum of $50,000.
9. Ticket sales close at 11:59 PM on April 12, 2026.
10. The draw will take place on April 13, 2026 at Yetman’s Arena, 45 Bonaventure Ave, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
11. There will be one (1) winning ticket. The winning ticket will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
12. The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw.
13. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase and must provide valid identification to claim the prize.
14. Tickets will be issued electronically via email confirmation. The email confirmation serves as the official record of purchase.
15. Purchasers must be physically located in Newfoundland and Labrador at the time of purchase.
16. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
17. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or error, the U13 AAA Eastern Knights reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the draw, subject to regulatory approval.
18. If the draw is cancelled, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.
19. The winner must claim their prize within the timeframe specified by the lottery license. If the prize is not claimed within that time, it will be handled in accordance with the terms of the license.
20. The prize will be paid by cheque or electronic transfer within a reasonable timeframe following verification of the winner.
